About the opportunity

Nexteam is building a talent pool of high-potential Junior Investment Banking Analysts for remote assignments with international finance, investment, and transaction teams. This is an ongoing talent opportunity: qualified candidates will be screened and introduced when a suitable client assignment becomes available.

What you may work on

• Build and update financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
• Support DCF, comparable-company, and precedent-transaction analysis
• Conduct company, industry, market, and buyer research
• Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and presentations
• Review financial statements, assumptions, formulas, and supporting data
• Assist with due diligence, data rooms, trackers, and transaction processes
• Coordinate remotely with senior team members and client stakeholders

Candidate profile

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with PowerPoint
• Professional English communication
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and discretion
• Reliable remote-working setup and availability for the client’s required working-hour overlap

Preferred experience

Experience or internships in investment banking, M&A, private equity, Big Four transaction services, corporate finance, valuation, or equity research are an advantage. Familiarity with Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, or similar platforms is also valuable.
