Responsibilities depend on the client assignment and your experience. Typical workstreams may include:
Financial modeling and valuation
Build and update models and forecasts; support DCF, comparable-company, and precedent-transaction analysis.
Company and market research
Research companies, industries, markets, and potential buyers, with clear source documentation.
Transaction materials
Help prepare pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and presentations.
Financial review
Check financial statements, assumptions, formulas, and supporting data for accuracy and consistency.
Due diligence support
Assist with data rooms, trackers, document review, and transaction processes.
Remote collaboration
Coordinate work and communicate clearly with senior team members and client stakeholders.
